Morrowform
An identity for a made-up creative platform: a mark that opens like pages, folded-paper pictures, and a voice that makes starting feel easy.
Start a project like thisThe campaign: a small square of paper opens into a sculpture. The identity: three panels open from one edge to make the mark. Fraunces for headlines, Inter for everything else; aubergine, persimmon, lilac and paper. Three posters: one led by type, one by the paper, one by the mark. The editorial layout: a small idea becoming something larger. Social posts, square and vertical, in the same voice. The app's first screen: one question, and a place to start.
The brief
Morrowform is a made-up platform for taking an idea from “maybe” to something you can show people. The identity had to make starting feel easy, and hold together across launch posters, social posts and the app itself.
The name is “tomorrow” and “form” run together: the next thing, starting to take shape.
The approach
The mark is three panels opening out from one edge, like pages being turned. It’s simple enough to work as an app icon and bold enough to repeat across a layout. The wordmark stays quiet in Inter, so Fraunces can carry the personality in headlines.
The pictures make the same idea physical: folded paper that starts as a small square and opens into something much bigger. Deep aubergine holds the palette together, persimmon brings the energy, lilac softens it, and warm paper gives everything room.
The voice is short and encouraging: “Give your next idea some room.” “Small starts. Unfolding futures.” “From maybe to made.”
