What happens to your details.

When you send a brief, I keep the details you give me so I can reply and quote. This page says what that covers.

What I collect

The brief form asks for your name, email address, the services you need, a budget and timeline, any links and a message about your project. Nothing else is collected through the form.

Why

I use them to reply to your brief, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, run the project. I don’t use them for marketing and I don’t sell them or share them with anyone else.

Who handles them

The form sends your brief by email through Web3Forms, which delivers it to my inbox. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Neither service receives your details for any other purpose.

How long I keep them

I keep brief emails for as long as they’re useful for an open or past project, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or to stop me using it. Email hello@risendune.com and I’ll reply within two working days.
